The payment options that can be used for your order are always displayed at checkout, on the final step, before you confirm anything. If you have a question about paying for an order, email <a href=\"mailto:support@jerseyheaven.com\">support@jerseyheaven.com</a> and we will reply within 1 business day.</p>\n<section class=\"policy-summary\">\n<h2>Payments at a glance</h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All prices on the site are in US dollars (USD).</li>\n<li>The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout before you pay; only those options are accepted.</li>\n<li>Payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout; we never see or store your full card number.</li>\n<li>You are charged when you place your order, not when it ships.</li>\n<li>Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7 calendar days of approval.</li>\n</ul>\n</section>\n<h2>1. Which payment options can I use?</h2>\n<p>The checkout page lists every payment option currently available for your order, together with any instructions for that option. What you see there is the complete list: if an option is not shown at checkout, we cannot accept it for that order. We keep this page general on purpose, so that it never promises a method that is not actually switched on for your purchase.</p>\n<p>We do not accept payment by email, over the phone, by text message, in cash, by cheque or by direct bank transfer to a personal account. Nobody from Jerseyheaven will ever ask you to pay outside the checkout, for example by sending a payment link in a direct message on social media. If someone does, treat it as a scam and forward it to us.</p>\n<h2>2. Prices and currency</h2>\n<p>Every price on jerseyheaven.com is in US dollars. That includes customers in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If your card or account is in Canadian, Australian or New Zealand dollars, your bank or payment provider converts the charge at its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. Those rates and fees are set by your bank, not by us, so the amount on your statement can differ slightly from the US dollar total shown at checkout.</p>\n<p>The checkout summary shows the price of each item, the shipping charge (free to every country we ship to), any discount and any tax before you confirm. The total on that summary is the amount we charge.</p>\n<h2>3. When your payment is taken</h2>\n<p>Your payment is taken when you place your order. Because our items ship from stock in the USA within 1–3 business days, charging at checkout lets us start packing straight away. If we cancel any part of your order, or you cancel it before it ships within our 24-hour window, we refund the relevant amount, received within 7 calendar days. See <a href=\"/cancel-change-order/\">Cancel or Change an Order</a> for details.</p>\n<p>Some payment providers place a temporary authorization hold when you check out, then convert it into a final charge. If you see a pending amount that disappears and is replaced by a completed charge, that is normal. If you ever see two completed charges for one order, contact us and we will sort it out.</p>\n<h2>4. How your payment is protected</h2>\n<p>The whole of jerseyheaven.com runs on an encrypted HTTPS connection, which you can confirm by the padlock in your browser&#8217;s address bar. Card payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Your card details go directly to that provider; they are not stored on our servers, and our team never sees your full card number or security code. We only receive limited information back, such as whether the payment succeeded and, for cards, the card type and last four digits, which we use to identify your order if you contact us.</p>\n<p>Some payments ask you to confirm the purchase with your bank, for example through a one-time code, a banking app notification or 3-D Secure. This is an extra security step run by your card issuer to make sure it is really you. Complete it in the window that appears and you will return to our confirmation page.</p>\n<h2>5. If your payment is declined</h2>\n<p>A payment can be declined for several ordinary reasons:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>the billing address or ZIP or postal code does not match the details your bank holds;</li>\n<li>the card has expired, or the expiry date or security code was mistyped;</li>\n<li>there are not enough available funds or credit;</li>\n<li>your bank flagged the payment as unusual, which can happen with a first purchase from a new store or a purchase in a foreign currency;</li>\n<li>the security check with your bank timed out or was closed before it finished.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Check the details, try again or choose another option shown at checkout. If it is still declined, call the number on the back of your card; your bank can see the reason and often approve the payment while you are on the phone. Your order is only created once a payment succeeds, so a declined attempt does not place an order and you will not be charged for it.</p>\n<h2>6. What each payment status means</h2>\n<p>After checkout, your order email and your account page show a status. Here is what each one means for your payment and what, if anything, you need to do.</p>\n<table class=\"policy-table\">\n<caption>Order payment statuses at Jerseyheaven</caption>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"col\">Status</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">What it means</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">What you should do</th>\n</tr>\n</thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Pending payment</td>\n<td>The order was started but the payment has not been completed or confirmed yet.</td>\n<td>Finish the payment step, or try again from checkout. Nothing ships until the payment succeeds.</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Processing</td>\n<td>Payment received; we are preparing your order within 1–3 business days.</td>\n<td>Nothing. Your tracking number arrives when the parcel ships.</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>On hold</td>\n<td>The payment needs a manual check or confirmation from the provider.</td>\n<td>Watch your inbox; we contact you if we need anything.</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Failed</td>\n<td>The payment did not go through and no money was taken.</td>\n<td>Check your details or use another option shown at checkout.</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Cancelled</td>\n<td>The order was cancelled before shipping.</td>\n<td>If you paid, your refund is received within 7 calendar days.</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Refunded</td>\n<td>All or part of the payment has been returned to you.</td>\n<td>Allow up to 7 calendar days from the refund email for it to appear.</td>\n</tr>\n</tbody>\n</table>\n<h2>7. Order verification</h2>\n<p>To protect customers from fraud, we occasionally ask to verify an order before it ships, for example when a large order is going to a new address. We only ask for information that confirms you are the purchaser, such as the billing ZIP or postal code or the last four digits of the card. We never ask for a full card number, security code or password. If we cannot verify an order, we cancel it and refund it in full, received within 7 calendar days.</p>\n<h2>8. Sales tax, duties and receipts</h2>\n<p>Any sales tax that applies to an order delivered in the United States is calculated from your shipping address and shown at checkout before you pay. Orders delivered to Canada, Australia and New Zealand may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country when they arrive; those charges are not collected at our checkout and are paid to the carrier or customs service. Our <a href=\"/shipping-delivery/\">Shipping &amp; Delivery</a> policy explains this in more detail.</p>\n<p>Your order confirmation email works as your receipt. It lists every item, size, price, discount, tax and the total charged. If you need a copy for a team treasurer, club reimbursement or your own records, email us with the order number and we will resend it.</p>\n<h2>9. Paying for a team or group order</h2>\n<p>When one person buys jerseys for a whole squad, the full amount is charged to that person&#8217;s payment method in one transaction. We cannot split a single order across several cards. If teammates each want to pay for their own jersey, the simplest option is for each person to place their own order; if you want everything to arrive together, tell us the order numbers and we will try to ship them on the same day.</p>\n<h2>10. Discount codes and store credit</h2>\n<p>If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the coupon field at checkout and the total updates before you pay. Codes can only be used as their terms describe and cannot be exchanged for cash. Store credit issued for a return can be applied to a new order; contact us if you would like help applying it. You can read the general rules for promotions in our <a href=\"/terms-of-service/\">Terms of Service</a>.</p>\n<h2>11. Refunds back to your payment method</h2>\n<p>When a refund is approved, we send it to the same payment method you used for the order, and it is received within 7 calendar days of approval. If that card has since been cancelled or replaced, refunds are usually passed on to the replacement card or account by your bank; if not, contact us and we will arrange store credit or another solution with you. Full details are in our <a href=\"/refund-policy/\">Refund Policy</a>.</p>\n<h2>12. Keep your payment details safe</h2>\n<p>We will never ask for your card number, security code, online banking login or account password by email, chat, social media or phone, and we will never ask you to pay through a link sent in a private message. Never include payment details in a support ticket or email. If you receive a message claiming to be from Jerseyheaven that asks for payment details, do not reply or click any link; forward it to <a href=\"mailto:support@jerseyheaven.com\">support@jerseyheaven.com</a> so we can warn other customers.</p>\n<h2>13. Common payment questions</h2>\n<h3>Can I pay when the parcel arrives?</h3>\n<p>No. Payment is taken at checkout; cash on delivery is not available.</p>\n<h3>Can I change the payment method after ordering?</h3>\n<p>Not on an existing order. Within 24 hours, before shipping, we can cancel the order so you can place a new one with a different payment option.</p>\n<h3>Why is the amount on my statement slightly different?</h3>\n<p>If your account is not in US dollars, your bank converted the charge and may have added a fee. Our order email shows the exact US dollar amount we charged.</p>\n<h3>Is it safe to save my card for next time?</h3>\n<p>If checkout offers to remember a payment method, that information is stored by the payment provider, not on our servers. You can remove a saved method from your account or the provider&#8217;s settings at any time.</p>\n<h3>My payment went through but I did not get a confirmation email.</h3>\n<p>Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is not there, email us with the name and email used at checkout; we will confirm the order and resend the email. Please do not place the order again, as that could create a duplicate charge.</p>\n<h2>14. Talk to our team about a payment</h2>\n<p>Questions about paying for an order?
