Order Tracking

Last updated:

Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to see the latest status of your Jerseyheaven order.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Waiting for a new jersey is part of the fun, but nobody likes refreshing a tracking page with no idea what the status means. This page explains how to find your order details, what each order and tracking status means, how long each stage normally takes, and what to do if something looks wrong. If you need a hand at any point, email support@jerseyheaven.com with your order number and we will reply within 1 business day.

Tracking at a glance

  • Order prepared and dispatched: within 1–3 business days of payment.
  • Tracking number: emailed when your parcel ships; first scan can take 24 to 48 hours.
  • Estimated transit: 3–7 business days, so most orders arrive within 4–10 business days.
  • No movement for 7 business days? Contact us and we open a carrier investigation for you.
  • Lost parcels: replaced or refunded in full if confirmed lost or not found within 5 business days.

1. Where to find your order number and email

Your order number appears in the subject line and at the top of your order confirmation email, the message you received straight after checkout. Use the same email address you entered at checkout in the form above; the tracker matches both details, so a different address will not find the order. If you placed several orders, each one has its own number and its own status.

If you created an account, you can also sign in to My account and open Orders to see every order, its status and its tracking details in one place. Guest checkout works perfectly with the form above; you do not need an account to track a parcel.

2. What each order status means

Jerseyheaven order and parcel statuses
Status What it means What you should do
Pending payment The order was started, but payment has not been completed or confirmed. Complete the payment at checkout. Nothing is prepared until payment succeeds.
Processing Payment received. We are checking, packing and labelling your items, normally within 1–3 business days. Nothing to do. Changes are free within 24 hours of ordering if the order has not shipped.
Shipped The parcel has been handed to the carrier and your tracking number has been emailed. Use the tracking link. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the first scan to appear.
In transit The parcel is moving through the carrier’s network, possibly across a border. Keep an eye on tracking. Short pauses at hubs or customs are normal.
Out for delivery The parcel is on the local delivery vehicle and should arrive that day. Make sure someone can receive it, or that a safe place is available.
Delivered The carrier recorded the parcel as delivered. Check every item and size. If you cannot find the parcel, see section 6.
Delivery exception Something interrupted delivery: an address issue, a missed delivery, bad weather or a customs hold. Read the carrier’s note and contact us if you need help resolving it.

3. A normal delivery timeline

Here is what a typical order looks like from checkout to doorstep. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  1. Day 0: you place the order and receive the confirmation email.
  2. Business days 1–3: we prepare and dispatch your parcel and email your tracking number.
  3. Next 3–7 business days: the carrier transports the parcel. International parcels to Canada, Australia and New Zealand pass through customs during this stage.
  4. Delivery: most orders arrive within 4–10 business days of being placed.

These are estimates from our processing time and the carrier’s transit time, not guaranteed dates. Weather, holidays, remote addresses and customs checks can add time. Our Shipping & Delivery policy explains the details.

4. Reading the carrier’s tracking page

Carrier tracking pages use their own wording, and it can be confusing. “Label created” or “pre-shipment” means the label exists but the parcel has not been scanned yet; this is normal for the first day. “Arrived at facility” and “departed facility” are sorting steps. “Held by customs” or “clearance in progress” mean the parcel is being checked by the destination country. “Notice left” means the carrier tried to deliver and left instructions for collection or redelivery. If you are unsure what a status means, send us a screenshot and we will explain it.

5. When tracking seems stuck

Tracking can pause for a day or two, especially at the start, at international hand-overs and during busy periods. That usually does not mean the parcel is lost. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your parcel has not arrived 7 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number. We open an investigation with the carrier for you. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, or the investigation is not resolved within 5 business days, we send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. Refunds are received within 7 calendar days of approval; see our Refund Policy.

6. Tracking says delivered, but you do not have it

First, check around the property: porches, side doors, garages, mailrooms, building reception and parcel lockers. Ask neighbours and anyone else at the address. Look for a carrier notice card, and check whether the tracking page shows a photo or the name of the person who signed. Sometimes a parcel is scanned as delivered a little before it actually arrives, so wait until the end of the next business day. If it still has not turned up, contact us within 60 days of the delivery date and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

7. Address problems and redirections

If tracking shows an address problem, contact us straight away with the correct details. Before the parcel ships, we can change the address free of charge within 24 hours of ordering (see Cancel or Change an Order). After it ships, we ask the carrier for a redirect, but the carrier decides whether that is possible. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address problem, we reship it once you confirm the address, and if the error was ours the reshipment is free.

8. Orders that arrive in more than one parcel

Larger orders, such as a set of jerseys for a whole team, sometimes travel in two parcels. Each parcel has its own tracking number, listed in your shipping email. If one parcel arrives before the other, that is expected; check the second tracking number before contacting us. You never pay extra shipping for a split order.

9. International deliveries and customs

Parcels to Canada, Australia and New Zealand cross a border, so the destination country’s customs service may inspect them. During that time tracking can show “held” or “awaiting clearance”. The destination country may charge import duties or taxes, which are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices. If the carrier asks you to pay before releasing the parcel, follow their instructions or contact us if you are unsure the request is genuine. Never pay a fee requested through a link in an unexpected text message without checking with the carrier directly.

10. Protect yourself from delivery scams

Scammers sometimes send fake “missed delivery” or “pay a redelivery fee” messages. Jerseyheaven will never ask you to pay to release an order through a text message or a private social media message. Real tracking updates come from your shipping confirmation email and the carrier’s official website. If you receive a suspicious message mentioning your order, forward it to support@jerseyheaven.com and we will check the real status for you.

11. The emails you will receive

Order emails from Jerseyheaven
Email When it arrives What it contains
Order confirmation Straight after checkout Order number, items, sizes, prices, delivery address and total charged
Shipping confirmation When the parcel leaves us, within 1–3 business days Tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page
Order update Only if something changes Confirmation of a change you requested, or a notice from us about a delay or stock issue
Refund confirmation When a refund is approved The amount refunded; the money is received within 7 calendar days

Add support@jerseyheaven.com to your contacts so these messages reach your inbox rather than your spam folder.

12. Tracking a gift or a team order

If you sent a jersey as a gift, the tracking emails come to you as the purchaser, not to the recipient. Forward the tracking link if you want them to follow the parcel, or keep it to yourself if it is a surprise. If you organised a team order, you are the person we contact about delivery, so share the tracking link with your teammates and let them know whether the order is travelling in one parcel or two.

13. What to check when your parcel arrives

  • Open the parcel carefully with scissors rather than a blade, so nothing inside is cut.
  • Compare each item and size label with your order confirmation email.
  • Check any personalised text against what you entered at checkout.
  • If anything is missing, damaged or wrong, take photos and email us within 60 days of delivery.
  • Try items on before removing tags, so a size exchange remains simple if you need one.

14. Moving, travelling or away from home

If you will be away when your parcel is due, check the carrier’s tracking page for delivery options such as holding the parcel at a local pickup point or choosing a safe place; the options available depend on the carrier and your country. If you are moving house, tell us before the order ships so we can update the address free of charge within the 24-hour change window.

15. If the form above does not find your order

  • Check that you entered the order number exactly as shown in your confirmation email, without extra spaces.
  • Use the email address entered at checkout, which may be different from the one you usually use.
  • If you placed the order only minutes ago, wait a moment and try again.
  • Still nothing? Email us your name and the approximate date and time of your order, and we will find it.

16. Talk to our team about your delivery

Email support@jerseyheaven.com or submit a ticket with your order number, and we will reply within 1 business day with a real answer based on the carrier’s records. You can also browse our FAQs or the Help Center.
